    1 – Online selling contract

    Online selling contract means a distance contract between a store, Falca s.r.l. based in Via Degli Imprenditori 71, Valeggio sul Mincio (Verona), and a consumer using internet. All contracts will be closed directly by the user access to website OUIGAL.COM, where client will finalize the online purchase of goods. It’s assumed that final user is the person that is buying service or goods not for his professional activity. Here follows all the conditions that will be valid until changed by the supplier. Any change of conditions of sale will be affective from the time they are published on website and will refer to sales made from that moment onwards.

    2 – Sells prices and purchase terms

    All goods prices, that are a consumer offer according to article 1336 c.c., including Italian taxes. Any shipping cost will be shown in website and the client has to check it before buying. For foreign delivery other additional costs provided by the destination State will be payed by costumer. The purchase contract is concluded through providing and the expressed agreement of personal data managing.
    The estimated delivery is in N.2 days.

    3 – Buyer's duties

    The client, after online order closing, has to print and save this general purchase conditions that he has also accepted in buying procedure, as well as the specific characteristics of the purchased product, according to artt. 3 and 4 of the italian Decr. Legisl. n. 185/1999. It is strictly prohibited to provide false data during the registration process required for execution of this contract and all subsequent communications. The personal data and e-mail address must be real data and not some of another person. It is expressly forbidden to make double entries for a single person or enter data of third parties. The company reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse, and for the protection of all consumers.

    4 – Right of withdrawal and complaints

    Consumers who, for whatever reason, are not satisfied with his purchase could cancel it without penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 10 working days from the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal must be expressed by sending an official communication to Falca s.r.l, Via Degli Imprenditori 71, Valeggio sul Mincio (VR) Italia. Otherwise the client should send, in the same time terms, a message by fax at 045/795 0253 or a email at The consumer can’t exercise this right of withdrawal for made to measure product or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Within the stipulated period of 10 days, must be returned to the sender all purchased goods intact and in their original packaging. Return costs will be payed by customer. After the withdrawal request and the goods delivering, will forward a voucher for the full amount paid by the consumer with a 30 days validity.
    According to the Directive approved with Regulation 524/2013 / EU by the European Commission, any complaints may be reported in the ODR website.

    5 – Contract resolution

    Falca s.r.l has the right to terminate the contract of sale providing by a written notice to the customer for justified reasons. In this case the customer will only be entitled to a refund of the amount already paid.

    6 – Jurisdiction and venue

    Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of online purchase contracts in is subject to Italian jurisdiction. These conditions are reported according to Legislative Decree No. 50 of 15.1.1992 and Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22.5.1999. Any dispute between suppliers and customer, relating to this contract, will be a competence of the court of customer’s residence or elective domicile (Art. 1469 Bis N. 19). For all other forums will be a competence of Verona court.


    You can return any product purchased on OUIGAL.COM within 14 working days from the delivery date.

    That’s how:

    1. Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, including packaging, unworn or used.
    2. Contact us by email at or by fax at 045/795 0253 specifying the number of your order, model/color/size that you have purchased and find on the box.

    We remind you that if your return does not meet the conditions listed in point 1, we will not be able to accept it.

    We also remind you that:
    In case the return is due to our mistake or a defect of the goods shipping costs will be at our expense and you can request a change of goods or the cancellation of the full amount (including shipping costs).
    In case the return is due to your mistake during the ordering phase the shipping costs will be at your charge and you can request the exchange of goods or the reversal of the number of goods ordered (excluding shipping costs).

    Returned by post or other couriers:
    Return the goods together with the separate shipping copy via ordinary parcel to the following address:

    The postage costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer unless the return is due to our shipping error. Always keep the shipping note and the postal receipt of the returned package for further clarification.

    How to purchase

    After selecting the size of the items you want to buy, use the “ADD TO CART” button.

    Once you’ve added the desired items to your cart, complete the order by selecting the payment method you prefer:
    In the case of prepayment if we do not receive the payment within two days the order will be canceled.

    After each order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment from one of our managers. Remember to check your e-mail in the hours following the order to know the status of your order and the shipment code.

    We ship by DHL courier, delivery in 3/4 working days.

    During the holidays, due to the closure of our offices, shipments may be delayed with respect to the times indicated. Example: If you want to make a Christmas gift to get the package by December 25 we suggest you place the order at least 10 days in advance.

    Shipments are entrusted to the express courier DHL. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DHL will leave you a warning and will try delivery the next day. On the notice, you should find all the references for the delivery. If you are not at home even at the second delivery your order will remain in storage at the nearest DHL store waiting for your communication for an agreed delivery. From this moment, upon notice, it is possible to pick up the package at the DHL office in question within one week of opening the stock. If you receive the damaged or tampered package, accept it subject to control and contact us immediately by phone. If you do not receive your order within 6 days of shipment we ask you to contact us to check the situation and make sure that you receive your order in the shortest possible time.
